We understand that plans can change, and therefore, we offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and any deposits made will be non-refundable. It is essential to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
Returns and Refunds
Online Non-Custom Orders:
Change of mind returns are not accepted for non-custom orders. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality images to help you make an informed decision.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product or the incorrect item, we will gladly accept returns and provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and ensure a prompt resolution.
Custom Orders and Made-to-Order Items:
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders and the made-to-order process, returns are not accepted for these items. Each product is crafted specifically to your unique specifications, and as such, we cannot offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges.
We take pride in our attention to detail and strive to ensure your custom order meets your expectations. If there are any concerns or issues with your custom order, please reach out and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
