All orders ship from Sydney, NSW
We service Australia only
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed in NSW
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Ready to Ship Pinatas
Pinatas listed on the Ready to Ship section of our online shop will be shipped within 2 business days.
Individual custom orders (3 pinatas or less)
For custom orders, we offer 3 service levels as follows:
Standard: ships in 15 business days
Rush service: ships in 10 business days. A rush service fee of $30 will be added for reach pinata.
Urgent service: ships in 5 business days. An urgent service fee of $50 will be added for each pinata.
Please note these are production lead times only, and exclude transit times by the courier or shipping company.
Shipping Method
Ready to Ship and Individual Custom Orders (3 pinatas or less) will ship via by Australia Post Standard Parcel or Express Parcel Service.
To ensure you get your order by your need-by date, please review both our shipping lead times (see above) and the Australia Post Domestic Delivery Estimator, where you will find the most accurate delivery times for your zone, provided directly by Australia Post.
We kindly ask you to carefully review the lead and delivery times, to ensure they meet your needs, before confirming your order.
Please note that Australia Post shipping times are not guaranteed and can vary based on location, time of year, and weather.
Kraftivity is not responsible for delays once turned over to Australia Post.
To avoid delays and disapoinment, please order your pinatas as early as possible!
Custom Corporate Orders / Bulk Orders (4 pinatas or more):
Production lead times will vary depending on the size and complexitiy of your order.
Corporate and bulk orders will ship by courier (Couriers Plus, Fastway, Aramex, etc.).
We aim to use Australia Post whenever possible, however for large orders usually private couriers will be the more cost-effective option.
Shipping and delivery information will be provided as part of your quote. Before confirming your order, we kindly ask you to carefully review the production, shipping and delivery times, to ensure they meet your needs. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping notice and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Insurance
Shipments will be covered by the standard insurance provided by the shipping or courier company. If you wish to buy additional coverage, please request it before placing your order.
